When your domain name approaches its expiry date, you will be notified by Mercumaya.net. The reminder email will include instructions on how to renew your domain name.
To renew a domain name using your Client Area:
- Login to your Client Area by clicking the Support link at the top of the website, and entering your username and password
The Client Area will be displayed - Click My Domains under the Portal Home section
The View Domain Names page will be displayed with the list of domain names under your Client Area
- At the end after the price shown, there is a 'details' button.
Click the button. - Click Renew Domain in the Management Tools section and follow the on-screen prompts to renew the domain name
- Ensure that you logout when finished
