First, make sure you're in the user panel
(click on User Panel on the right, and then click on the domain you
want to delete an FTP account from). Once there, click on "FTP
Management". Check the checkbox next to the FTP account you want to
delete. You may have to navigate through the various pages of accounts
if you have a lot of them. Once you've selected the account you want to
delete, click on the Delete Selected button. The account will be
deleted immediately.
