Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that CBJ5 Data Center will perform a network maintenance activity; which will be held on:
Date : 11th December 2013 (Wednesday)
Maintenance Timeframe : 22:00hrs – 03:00hrs (12th December 2013)
Scheduled Duration : 5 hours
During the maintenance period, re-cabling of customers’ uplink connection is involved and downtime is expected around 5 – 15 minutes per uplink.
However, rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize the downtime to customers.
We advise our customers to be prepared and do necessary backup on your critical data.
